Activating your membership discount
Members can activate their U.S. Soccer Store discount following these easy steps:

  1. Once your membership is purchased and processed in our systems, you will receive a store email that includes an activation link.
  2. Open the email and when you click on the activation link, you will be directed to the store to select a new password.
  3. Once you select a password, you account is now active. You can log in and start shopping.

Troubleshooting
To ensure that the discount works properly, it is important that your shopping cart is empty prior to logging into U.S. Soccer Store to make a purchase. Once you're logged in, the member price will be reflected in the shopping cart. Please note that the Supporters Club discount only applies to purchases made online at www.ussoccerstore.com.

  1. What is U.S. Soccer Membership?
    • U.S. Soccer Membership is the official program for fans of the U.S. Men's and Women's National Teams. Members receive benefits to get closer to the National Teams that are available exclusively from U.S. Soccer.
  2. Where can I join the U.S. Soccer Supporters Club?
    • Go to www.ussoccer.com and click the "Membership" text in the main navigation bar.
  3. How much does Membership cost?
    • Membership dues are $55 annually.

    • Members will receive an email with instructions on how to renew their membership through the U.S. Soccer Store.
  6. What is a Milestone Match?
    • The first match at a new status level is a milestone match. At each Milestone Match members are given a special matchday experience for the Member and one guest.
  7. What is the Membership ID?
    • Your Membership ID is no longer used and your email address will be used to recognize your membership.
  8. What if I forgot my Membership login?
    • Your Membership login is your email address you registered with.
  9. What if I forgot my Membership password?
    • If you forget your password, please click "Forgot password" on the login page and a temporary password will be emailed to you.
  10. When will I receive my Membership Scarf?
    • Members will receive their Membership Scarf in the mail approximately 1-2 weeks after they register.
  11. What if I have not received my Scarf after this time period?
    • If you do not receive your new member items approximately 1-2 weeks after you register, please email membership@ussoccer.org to let us know.
  12. How do I get information on upcoming events?
    • Information on upcoming events will automatically be emailed on a regular basis to the email address you registered with. If you are not receiving these emails, please contact membership@ussoccer.org for assistance.

    • Members who make donations of $500 or more to U.S. Soccer's Development Fund are tax deductible.

    • Yes, however, only one email address will allow you to purchase one membership. If you are purchasing more than one membership, there needs to be a different email address for each membership.

  18. When do my membership benefits take effect?
    • Membership benefits take effect 24 hours after the membership purchase. If the membership is purchased on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday, the benefits will take effect the following Monday.
  19. How do I receive my member discount?
    • Members can activate their U.S. Soccer Store discount following these steps:
      • Once your account information has been entered into our systems, you will receive an email from the store that includes an activation link
      • Click on "My Account" located in the upper right corner of the home page, www.ussoccerstore.com.
      • Click "Register Now" to create a new account.
      • Register yourself with the same email address you used to sign up for your membership. Log in and start shopping!
  20. Can I cancel my membership?
    • You may cancel your membership at any time. Please note, however, that membership dues are nonrefundable.
  21. How do I add or change my personal information to my account?
    • For name, email address, or mailing address changes, please send an email to membership@ussoccer.org and your information will be updated.
  22. I am already a member and forgot to log in at the time I made my purchase. Can I receive a retro-credit?
    • If you are a current member and were not logged in at the time you made your purchase, you did not receive your member discount. However, you can contact one of our customer service representatives to receive your discount. If the order has already been process and shipped, our customer service representatives can refund your card for the discounted amount or provide you with a store credit.
  23. Can my family or friends use my membership number on their purchases?
    • No. The membership ID is no longer needed to place your orders. We strongly advise against the sharing of your email and password to friends and family so they can place orders with your account.
  24. What limitations or restrictions are there for members in the store?
    • The discount excludes referee publications and gift certificates and cannot be applied to purchases made before or after the membership is active.
  25. Are there shipping costs for the Member Scarf?
    • There are no shipping costs for Standard Ground shipping to the continental U.S. and any APO or FPO addresses. For others the following shipping rates apply:
